Happy Birthday, Isaac!!

Seven years ago today, after a long night and two and a half hours of pushing on my part, a sweet nine pound, one ounce black haired baby boy was born and our lives were never the same. Isaac was born way back in the days before people like us had digital cameras, so I took some pictures of his baby pictures. Here he is the day after he was born--his first Fourth of July.

Isaac is a wonderful big brother. He works hard at all he does. He loves to read, play baseball and the piano. He loves to play on the computer (half the time he is more proficient than I am.) He has a great sense of humor and loves to make people laugh. We are so grateful he is in our family.

Stay tuned for pictures of his big bash on Monday. We have worked hard to get his Space party ready...I just hope people come!! After sending out eighteen invitations we have only had one RSVP!!! His birthday is at a hard time of the year to have a party--so many people are out of town. But those who come to his party won't be disappointed!! I'll post pictures after the party, but here is a picture of the front of his invitation, just to give you a hint of what is to come!
