Lunch was take out from On the Border--Ryan's favorite restaurant. We then made the piece de resistance--the absolute BEST cake on the planet. It's called Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge Cake with Peanut Butter and Dark Chocolate Ganache Frosting. Yes, you can be jealous. (If you live close, please come have a slice. I can't have this cake with it's 470 calories per slice sitting in my fridge for much longer!!) Here are the kids and the mess...

Dinner was Grilled Peanut Chicken Kabobs served on a bed of rice. Ryan spent most of the day working on the loft (big surprise!) but I think he enjoyed his meals, if nothing else! I got him the Transformers DVD which we are going to watch tonight. Our present to each other this year was our new camera--we are obviously both enjoying that a lot!!

Maybe its just me, but its your girls that look older to me!! They seemed to have changed from little girl to full blown girl in a matter of a week!
