Isaac had fun at the Pinewood Derby last Thursday. He placed third in his den this year, so that means no district competition for us. Darn. I thought his car looked the coolest, but he was up against some stiff competition in the looks category as well. One creative boy even had a car that looked like a Wii remote! Either way, the kids all had a good time.
All the adults in the room, on the other hand, were either glued to their Blackberries or annoyed that they were watching little wooden cars race down a track instead of watching the intense last half of the BYU basketball game.
Priorities.

Maybe that's why Garrett won, Chad couldn't care less about the game. Well he cared but not much. :P
