Castlewood Canyon

My mom came to visit this past week and we decided to go hiking down in Castlewood Canyon State Park on Thursday. We had such a great time! It was absolutely beautiful down there--there was so much to see and explore. I can't wait for Ryan to be done with school so we can take him down there with us. We started off the morning with a nice hike down to the river. Then we went to take a look at the old Homestead--a concrete house built by pioneers in the early 1900's. The kids (and I) were fascinated by it.

Down by the river.Lincoln enjoying the water (and the chance to be out of the backpack!)
