Art Attack

This morning we headed downtown to the Denver Museum of Art. We were excited to show Ryan all of the fun exhibits we discovered last time we were there. Unfortunately two of our all time favorites were closed for renovation, but we still had a great time.

This painting is entitled "Fatherhood" so I had Ryan depict his own version on the side.

Chloe is the "Big Cheese" at school this week, so she gets to take this mouse everywhere she goes and document it on film. She will share her adventures with the class on Friday. Here we are with Big Cheese the Mouse in the cowboy art display.

The kids love crossing this bridge between the two sections of the museum.
The girls LOVED this painting. Ryan and I thought this family bears a remarkable resemblance to some people that go to church with us. Strange.

Couldn't get him to take his shirt off, eh? LOL

And maybe you could ask that family to reenact that last painting...just for my entertainment.

Well, now you have me staring at that painting and trying to figure out who in the ward it resembles! Haven't figured it out yet.
